About the Event
Learn how to start growing vegetable and flower seeds in an recycled milk jug. Seeds are sown in a container with drainage holes then placed outside in the winter weather. Seeds will germinate in time to transplant into a garden bed. Milk jug, soil, seeds and duct tape provided. No cost.
Gardening 101: Winter Sowing is presented by Kim Atkins of Atkins' Educational Farm. Space is limited to 10 participants.
